HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR A CUSTOM?

Each design is different. Typically, customs start at $250 for the design only and vary depending on what you want. This price reflects the cost for labor only and does not include cost of shoes.

 

IS IT BETTER FOR ME TO BUY THE SHOE I WANT CUSTOMIZED AND THEN SEND IT TO YOU OR HAVE YOU BUY IT FOR ME?

Let us buy them for you! We will buy the exact shoe you want, customize it, and send it out to you. It'll end up saving you shipping costs and take less time for you to receive your pair of customs. Although if you already have a brand new pair of shoes purchased and would them like customized, you can absolutely send them in!

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow an estimated 2-3 weeks from time of payment for your shoes to ship.

 

DO THE PRICES I SEE LISTED IN THE GARAGE INCLUDE THE SHOE AND CUSTOMIZATION?

Yes! The price listed includes brand new shoes with customization. Every shoe in the garage will be purchased by us just for you in the size you need and then customized and sent to you!

 

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are located in Southern California between San Diego and Los Angeles.

 

I SAW A SHOE ON INSTAGRAM THAT I WANT TO BUY BUT I DON'T SEE IT ON THE WEBSITE. HOW CAN I BUY THEM?

Fill out an inquiry form. Most shoes you see on Instagram are available for purchase in any size and color! TAKE NOTE, special requests are not always available! Special requests can only be placed once during select times when I announce I am accepting custom orders.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to all of our orders being custom, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of payment. After payment has been processed, all sales are final. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. 

 

IF I WANT TO SEND IN MY SHOES TO YOU, WHERE DO I SEND THEM?

Once you fill out your "Inquiry Form” and the design is approved- we will send you an invoice. Once that is paid, we will respond to you with the shipping address. Take note that the pair of shoes you send in MUST be brand new. The Mechanic will not customized used shoes.

 

DO YOU ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES?

Nope! We now offer international shipping! Prices vary depending on location.
